Your spray tan appointment is made. Check. You’ve shaved and exfoliated 24 hours before your appointment…. now the forecast says it's going to rain. No Bueno!! No worries. Here are a few tips to get you through your spray tan appointment with a flawless tan.
1) If you are coming from work or the gym to your appointment pack a bag with loose pants and long sleeves to change into after your spray tan.
2) Normally, I recommend wearing flip flops after your appointment until after you rinse. However, if you have ever tried to run in flip flops in the pouring rain you know there’s a good chance you may slip and bust your butt!! On rainy days only I say bring those tennis shoes or rainboots girl!! Safety over beauty babes!
3) Pack an umbrella and a raincoat! Seems self-explanatory but you know here in the south those unexpected rain showers will get you! It never hurts to have these on hand in your car just in case. Especially, if you are tanning for a wedding!!
4) Upgrade to a Rapid tan if you can. Since Rapid solution absorbs into your skin faster, if you happen to get rained on during processing there is less of a risk of “cheetah spots” showing up ruining your flawless spray tan. Check out the messages below from one of my bridal clients!
